Begin by paying attention to your behaviors, and your patterns (your daily routines + what you run to and run from) Pay attention to how you respond and also the people you surround yourself with. Are they the same responses? Are they the same group of people but nothing is changing? Are they new people but you feel and act the same? Are they harmful or make you feel less than adequate? Do they give you poor advice? If these are yes’ nothing has changed. So try again.

Become a creator and start something new. Create new opportunities, create a new way of life, create a new way to respond.
Here is what I did:
I stopped listening to doubters. I began again and still do sometimes. I don’t react to their nonsense. I walk away. I say No or I say Yes, when I want to. I went for it. I stood up for myself. I stopped waiting for something to happen, I trusted my instincts.
So keep going……………….. Forward Progress. It also helps to do an Energy Check from time to time. See if you do any of these below when you are around certain people or places. If not begin again.
