Now that you know your GUT is a feeling, a reaction, and not something you just know we are moving on to your INSTINCTS.
When you KNOW something it is called Claircognizance. Sometimes we do not trust this. That will come with practice.
Have you ever said, “ I just know this is a bad idea!” and done it anyway. Probably didn’t go well. That is your instinct.
Have you ever thought, “Something doesn’t feel right.” That is your instinct. This is the two of them, Gut & Instincts, working together. You are feeling and thinking.
Have you ever thought, “If I don’t do this I am going to regret it!” Do it, embrace the change. Try something new. Trust your instincts.
It starts with a feeling and moves to a reaction. Then it becomes a thought. We are so good at avoiding our feelings that we lose our GUT. It is much harder to get rid of our thoughts, we are humans. Journal your reactions vs your thoughts see how much better you get at this. Trust yourself first!
