Auras; Our First Line of Defense

Energy is everywhere. We emit it, we absorb it and we need it.

Why do we have an Aura? We have an Aura because we are humans. It is our very first line of defense, invisible to many but not all. Its our wall, our boundary, our shield. It sends and receives messages. By the way, we create most of these messages.

Things That Harm Your Aura

Everyone knows that processed food, drugs, and alcohol damage our Aura. What most are unaware of are the other everyday activities that also harm your Aura.

Staying Put: We need to move. For some of us, this is hard, we have become couch potatoes or glued to our desks. Moving keeps the energy flowing. It is that simple. Stagnant energy wreaks havoc on your Aura. Stand up, sit down, walk around. #GetMoving

Worrying: It’s in our nature. We are meant to feel including feeling for others. Be empathic and if you truly are, don’t hide it. Embrace it. Be compassionate. Not to worry this too shall pass. #thistooshallpass

Fear: Derived from worry. We are taught it, we are sold it and we consume it every day. Change the way you receive and send messages.

  • Help yourself to unravel why you fear something or someone (I’ll post more). Why are you afraid??

  • Help your kids, don’t teach them to fear; teach them to observe, think, and process. #NoFear

Hygiene: Yup, that’s right lack of good hygiene keeps your Aura full of stagnant energy. Wash it off, literally. Get in the tub. Get in the shower and wash the day away, send it down the drain. Visualize the negativity leaving your body.

Without our Aura, we would not be human. It is our Aura that is our shield from sickness and harm. It keeps us healthy. It’s important to not only protect it but cleanse it regularly.
