Music Is My Meditation

It’s healthy, it’s healing, it’s energy clearing.

I love music! I have it on ALL THE TIME! I listen to music instead of watching TV. I listen when I cook when I work, and when I work out. It’s part of my daily routine and because of music I also love to dance. It can be meditation too. Cleanse your Aura, and learn to let go.

How I Meditate:

Besides using Binaural Beats, I listen to instrumentals of songs I know. It helps me to stop drifting away to the Astral Plane, yes we go there. Almost everyone I know drifts while meditating. Believe me, meditating is not easy, I try every day and I am no master at this. My mind usually wonders to one or two of these below….

  • My to-do list or

  • I forgot or

  • Don’t forget or

  • I’m over it, I will try tomorrow. It is hard to stay present, instrumentals are my way of doing it.

So put on an instrumental and see what happens. You probably won’t drift away (Lucid Dream) as much as you do during “normal meditation” because it’s familiar.
