What’s a Hex
IT CAN HAPPEN BY ACCIDENT OR YOU CAN DO IT ON PURPOSE
You can hex someone accidentally while driving, “FU, move over!" You can hex someone by speaking ill of them, harshly or untruthfully about them. You can literally hex yourself. So what do you do?
You cover your mouth. You lift others up. You speak kindly. You never lie, especially about another human being. It may cause more harm than you are ready to handle. It will come back to you three fold, it always does. You take ownership of your actions. You become a person of integrity. You hold yourself accountable & if you are a parent, you teach them. Lead by example.
Did you hex someone or are you hexed?
Most likely, yes.
What can you do?
Forgive yourself. Say it out loud.
“I, Christie Lee Murphy, forgive myself for not sticking up for myself sooner, for not digging in my heels in when I was right. For not quitting. For not telling sooner that I was being harmed willfully & intentionally. For accepting less than I deserve, for giving away too much of what I needed to those who had more. For allowing others to remain in my life who intentionally harm me rather than help me. I forgive myself.
Now Un-hex them….ask for forgiveness for them from your higher power. State you shall no longer be malicious, you shall speak the truth. If they choose to be kind they will otherwise let them go, because they always have free will.
Do not cause harm ever, tell the truth.
Speak highly of others or say nothing at all.
Stop the gossip….walk away or change the subject, if you cannot, leave.
Ask for help when you need it.
Be a leader, not a follower.
Trust yourself before you trust others.
Tell, be a hero. Save someone.
The point of this is that we are all humans. We are not perfect, but we can be kind. We can be honest. We are fully capable of change. We can set boundaries to protect ourselves. We can be our own hero’s or save others. We can only do our best & begin again every day.
Here is a tip: I use a black candle. I state who hexed me, how they have & I release it through the candle. Let it burn. Begin again…..Light it for you too, not just others.
