Rules Upon Rules; Some Don’t Mean a Thing

IS IT A LOOPHOLE?

The idea of being an entrepreneur or self-employed is not just an American Dream, it’s the people’s dream. All over the world. Creating an opportunity to share something because you love it makes people happy, and then learning how to be prosperous from it is invigorating. It’s a goal and almost always achievable if you have will.

Paying taxes, duties or fees to have your company or products can suck, especially if you are a true small business. Not the way the law describes it, a true small business. Also, having employees is growth, it’s something to be proud of, but it is also a huge responsibility. Take it seriously.

HERE IS WHAT I LIKE TO DO:

I enjoy finding loopholes, it’s not gray, it is completely legal and so so many times it is right in front of your face. As clear as day, in black and white. I am gifted, and as I said in my little bio it is not just spirit. I can see because I am a clairvoyant, I see beyond my nose, way beyond. I can go places most of you can’t. My guides help me out, and when it comes to business, they guide me on where to look, when to look, and how to proceed legally all within our country’s guidelines.

P.S. THERE ARE OTHER WAYS TO MAKE MONEY TOO - IT’S CALLED MANIFESTING! I DO IT EVERY DAY. IT TAKES PRACTICE AND I CAN ASSURE YOU IT IS DOABLE. I AM PROOF. go to ——> MANIFESTING MY WAY to get started now.

BACK TO BUSINESS:

According to irs.gov a business is defined as: A trade or business generally includes any activity carried on for the production of income from selling goods or performing services.

Just in case you want more-Merriam Webster: https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/business

All you have to do is provide or sell something and get something in return and you have a business. This goes for bartering too, hence the word trade in the definition above. I have a question…Who actually reports a trade? That is a waste of time!! The influx of paperwork that would need to be sent to the IRS would inundate them, not to mention the cost would be wasteful. I am sure they can do better. That definition should be redefined.

Let’s go back to the definition….

A trade or business generally includes any activity carried on for the production of income from selling goods or performing services.

See that word 👆 income.

Here is a loophole, I didn’t get any income. I got a sofa and gave you my loveseat. Or I got you to take my yard waste to the dump and you borrowed my mower. I did not receive any income. It has value but I didn’t get any money. That being said:

The IRS website does not have the term income defined. You can the find term all over their website and on tons of other sites referencing the IRS but look carefully because I can’t find it without one or two other words before it: Adjusted Gross or Gross. Not just income.

Please read-Merriam Webster: https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/income

Let’s play devil’s advocate for all of those people who are out there who would call this fraud (wrong word) or this tax evasion (wrong term), I am using their definition of income and business - straight from the source✨ . There is no gross and it doesn’t need to be adjusted, it is the same value, we traded. Time for time, service for service, thing for thing. We defined it as the same. So I don’t owe you IRS any money for trades based on your definitions and I promise you I won’t waste your time reporting it. I am sure you have plenty of other tax returns to review.

There is another loophole in here too….Can you spot it?
