Attachments
WE ALL HAVE THEM…GET RID OF THEM. YOU HAVE TO!
An attachment is something that we hold on to. It’s a bond. We create them. We are not always born with them. They are links to our Aura, then our Chakras and ultimately our Souls.
When do we need to cut them?
Every single day! Yup, it’s work. It doesn’t mean we don’t care or love someone. It’s about keeping our Aura strong and healthy, setting energetic boundaries.
It’s important to detach from material things as well. When we pull things into our Aura they create stagnant energy. Its starts as dust, if you will, then it builds and builds. Eventually it pokes holes in our Aura reaching our Chakras💫What does that mean, it wreaks havoc on our emotions first. It can cause anxiety, sadness, depression and eventually make us physically ill. It will cause physical pain in our body.
We keep attachments. Unwillingly in some cases. Those we don’t create here, begin in the womb or stem from a past life. There are times that we can naturally shed them or outgrow them. Although it does not mean there is not dust left behind on your Aura from them, it simply means you let go. You should still clean your Aura and balance your Chakras, daily if you dare.
Another way to shed these attachments is forgiveness, and for larger attachments it should becomes a part of your self-care routine. Forgive yourself too.
Ways I detach:
I journal, I pray, I reiki myself, I exercise, I walk it out, and take baths. I also dowse myself every day. Sometimes twice a day if I need to. I dowse my home, my car, my shoes, you name it. I remove the unnecessary stagnant energy. It’s my type of cleaning. 🧹
I also invest in myself. It’s called self-care. It takes time to get the “nonsense” out, but it works. Grounding yourself daily helps top! See my blog Ground Yourself….
