Welcome Mat

Not A Chance

I never put a Welcome Mat outside the front of my house and you should not put one at your business either. There are many many reasons I do this and it has nothing to do with being rude. It’s about protection.

From what? Spirits, energy, people, unwanted guests, celestials, elementals, amazon….you name it. Do you invite all in, every single guest, friends or not? It creates an unhealthy boundary. It crosses your lines. It sets a verbal precedent with our Universe.

The Welcome Mat, says come in. You are Welcome. Just be honest, not everyone and everything is welcome, nor do they want to be. It’s our home, our safe space, a reprieve from whatever we choose, and in case you are wondering, yes Spirits can come in if they are welcomed. The bad day or energy may follow you home from work, or even that neighbor that just doesn’t get it. They come right in, it says Welcome! Or you may even invite them in because the boundary you set with that mat you purchased says to come in. We voice it, accidentally. We set the boundary, willingly. We paid money for it.
